Repairs


All True North Pedals pedals include a two year parts and labor warranty!

   Warranty Qualifications- If your pedal was purchased new within the last 2 years, either directly from us or from a dealer, you do not have to pay the repair fee. Please Email us with your information, date of purchase and the issue with the pedal. If your pedal is under warranty, please mail it to:

Before shipping a pedal to us, please check with us for preferred shipping methods. Quite often certain companies charge import/brokerage fees on top of their regular shipping costs. If you choose to ship with these companies, any costs must also be covered by you, or the package will not be accepted and returned at owners expenseAlso please be sure when returning a pedal to us that you use appropriate packaging (i.e. A padded envelope like we use, or a cardboard box. Just sending it in the pedal box is not appropriate, and could possibly damage the pedal.  


We do not repair or service any pedals that were not built by True North Pedals.

There may be repair fees for pedals that have malfunctioned from user error like plugging in wrong power supply, running over it with a truck, etc… Thank you for your cooperation!


Refund and Exchange Policy

The pedal must have been purchased directly from True North Pedals. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for pedals purchased from a dealer, website, or eBay. The pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, Velcro, etc.). The original box must be returned with the pedal as well. All returned and exchanged pedals are inspected and will be returned to the customer if they are found to not be in acceptable condition. The customer has two weeks to try the pedal out and to notify True North Pedals that they would like to return or exchange it. There will be charged 10% of the pedals cost as a restocking fee. There are no refunds or exchanges after two weeks. Thank you for your cooperation!
